Turkish Flavours conveys the sense of expansive hospitality that is innate among Turks everywhere at home and in restaurants, from typical fish restaurants to haute Turkish dining establishments. Turkish Cooking Classes are held in a Turkish home in Nisantasi where a convivial lunch from dishes prepared during the class will be served. Turkish cooking courses are aimed at being a full immersion into Turkish Gastronomic Culture and include the preparation of real Turkish Dishes, traditional recipes and the learning of the basic techniques of Turkish Cuisine. Walking Taste Istanbul Food tours are organized for a better insight in to Turkish Culinary delights.We also specialize in creating customized itineraries for food professionals, trade organizations, individuals and small groups traveling independently.

"In keeping with the "wallowing in my own ignorance", let me say that any preconceived notions I might have had about Turkey being mostly about meat on a stick have been proved terribly wrong.
Istanbul is a freakin' foodie paradise. It's downright brain bending how much good stuff is to be found at even everyday eateries—how difficult it is to walk down the street anystreet—and not want to eat everything in sight. Table service is stunningly good as well—something of a rarity on this scale. "ANTHONY BOURDAIN"
