Join us for a unique culinary experience in Bodrum! Your day begins with a visit to the local farmers’ market, where we will handpick fresh ingredients for your lunch. Explore stalls brimming with locally sourced olives, seasonal greens, vegetables, homemade noodles, jams, pickles, breads, and a delightful selection of cheeses.

After the market, we’ll whisk you away to Chef Aslı’s charming kitchen for an immersive cooking class. Discover the flavors of regional Aegean cuisine, celebrated for its emphasis on olive oil and fresh herbs—a hallmark of healthy Turkish gastronomy. You can choose to observe Chef Aslı at work while enjoying a glass of wine, or roll up your sleeves and participate in preparing the dishes. Rest assured, you’ll leave with recipes in hand to recreate these delectable dishes at home.

Following the cooking session, savor a communal lunch featuring the dishes we’ve prepared together. Gather around our table to share stories of local cuisine and cultural traditions—an ideal setting to immerse yourself in the essence of Turkish hospitality.
