Hotel transfers, personal expenses, additional
food or beverages not included in the itinerary

Reservations cancelled more than 72 hours
before the scheduled experience will receive
a full refund. Cancellations made within 72
hours of the tour are non-refundable. If we
must cancel an experience due to unforeseen
circumstances, you will receive a full refund
or the option to reschedule.

Yes. Our tours and cooking classes operate
with limited group sizes to ensure a personal
experience. We recommend booking well in
advance, particularly during spring and
autumn.

Yes. All of our experiences can be arranged
privately for couples, families, groups of
friends, corporate events and incentive travel.
We are also happy to customize itineraries to
suit your interests and schedule.

Yes. Families are very welcome. Children
who enjoy trying new foods generally have a
wonderful time. Please contact us for age
recommendations and child pricing.

In most cases, yes. Vegetarian, vegan and
many other dietary requirements can be
accommodated with advance notice. Please
let us know your requirements when making
your reservation.

Some experiences can be adapted for guests
following a gluten-free diet, although options
may be more limited. Please contact us
before booking so we can advise you on the
most suitable experience.

Absolutely. Our food tours are designed to
replace a full meal, and our cooking classes
conclude with a leisurely lunch or dinner.

Most tours involve approximately 2–4 km
(1–2.5 miles) of easy walking with frequent
stops. Comfortable walking shoes are
recommended.

Each tour has a designated meeting point and finishing location, which will be clearly indicated upon confirmation.

Your guide will happily assist you with
directions for returning to your hotel by ferry,
tram, metro or taxi. Most finishing points have
excellent public transportation connections.

Yes. Our experiences operate rain or shine.
We recommend dressing appropriately for the
weather.

Our scheduled tours are conducted in English. Private experiences may also be arranged in French and Italian and several other languages, subject to guide availability.

Yes. Guests booking multiple experiences
directly with Turkish Flavours may qualify for
a special discount. Please contact us before

Absolutely. We regularly organize private
cooking classes and culinary events for

transportation and venue hire.
