Each class begins with a visit to the Spice market, your senses will be enlightened by the colorful array of spices while you taste them, learning how they are used in Turkish cooking.
Turkish Flavours Cooking Classes are a unique opportunity to discover the essence and secrets of Turkish traditional homemade dishes an exclusive occasion to learn about Turkish local gastronomy and its ingredients. All of the ingredients and equipment for your menu will be ready for you when you arrive. You will be able to take home the recipes with the ingredients, and every detail allowing you to replicate them at home and impress your friends!
