Traditionally made with ground beef, mantı can easily be adapted for vegetarians with a delicious filling of cheese and spinach.
Once assembled, your dumplings are gently boiled and served with a rich tomato sauce and a garlic-yogurt splash — a classic and irresistible combination that defines Turkish comfort food.
