Led by a native Turkish home chef fluent in English, this curated culinary journey begins in the vibrant atmosphere of Istanbul’s historic Spice Bazaar and continues across the waters of the Bosphorus to a private home kitchen.
This is not a studio workshop.
It is a genuine, intimate home cooking experience.
We begin with a guided exploration around the Spice Bazaar, discovering the spices and ingredients that define Turkish cuisine. During a private spice tasting session, you’ll learn how aromas, textures, and flavors come together in everyday Turkish cooking.
After our market visit, we board a local ferry and cross the Bosphorus — a beautiful and authentic part of daily Istanbul life. Enjoy the sea breeze and skyline views before continuing by private transfer to a welcoming Istanbul home.
In the kitchen, the experience becomes fully hands-on. Together, you will prepare authentic Turkish recipes using fresh, seasonal ingredients while learning traditional techniques you can recreate at home.
We end the day gathered around the table, sharing the dishes you have prepared, accompanied by Turkish wine and relaxed conversation.
