The Experience

Our journey begins at the historic Spice Bazaar, where vibrant displays of saffron, dried herbs, and traditional sweets reflect the city’s spice route heritage. During a guided spice tasting, you’ll explore the aromas and ingredients that define Turkish cuisine.

A short stroll brings us to one of Istanbul’s most beloved rituals: warm, flaky börek served with freshly brewed Turkish tea — a comforting introduction to the city’s everyday flavors.

From there, we make our way across the iconic Galata Bridge, where fishermen line the rails and the skyline stretches between continents. Along the way, we pause to enjoy another timeless classic from a trusted local bakery — a simple yet essential taste woven into daily Istanbul life.

Arriving in Karaköy, we settle into a carefully selected establishment to experience regional Black Sea–inspired specialties, known for their ingredient-driven character and deep culinary roots.

The experience concludes on a sweet note with a refined tasting of freshly prepared baklava — delicate layers of pastry and pistachio crafted with precision.
