Join us for an immersive gourmet walking tour that explores the vibrant food culture of Istanbul through two of its most iconic markets.

The Experience

We begin at the historic Spice Bazaar, where the aromas of saffron, sumac, dried herbs, and freshly ground spices fill the air. During a guided spice tasting session, you’ll discover the ingredients that have shaped Turkish cuisine for centuries.

From there, we board a local ferry and cross the legendary Bosphorus, traveling from Europe to Asia — an authentic and beautiful part of daily Istanbul life.

On the Asian side, we arrive in Kadıköy, home to one of the city’s most beloved and lively food markets. Established in the early 20th century, this historic neighborhood is a paradise for food lovers.

As we stroll through its colorful streets, you’ll visit:

• pickle and delicatessen specialists
