Since 2006 Turkish Flavours pioneered the idea of "Culinary Experiences in Turkey " and promotes all that is extraordinary not only about the Turkish Table, but also about the Turkish way of life, "l'Art de Vivre" in Turkey.
Run by a local born and bred Turkish Istanbulite,Turkish Flavours is connected to a wonderful network of fascinating people who can open new worlds to unimaginable dimension with warm hospitality, humor and unparalleled knowledge.
Turkish Flavours conveys the sense of expansive hospitality that is innate among Turks everywhere at home and in restaurants, from typical fish restaurants to haute Turkish dining establishments.
Turkish Cooking Classes are held in a Turkish home in Nisantasi by a native home chef, where a convivial lunch from dishes prepared during the class will be served accompanied by Turkish boutique wines. Home cooking in a real Turkish home!Turkish cooking courses are aimed at being a full immersion into Turkish gastronomic culture and include the preparation of real Turkish Dishes, traditional recipes and the learning of the basic techniques of Turkish Cuisine.
Vegetarian and gluten free food is not a challenging option for us – it's easy being green and creating exciting Turkish vegetarian and gluten free recipes at Turkish Flavours.

Istanbul is a freakin' foodie paradise. It's downright brain bending how much good stuff is to be found at even everyday eateries—how difficult it is to walk down the street anystreet—and not want to eat everything in sight. Table service is stunningly good as well—something of a rarity on this scale."
